Do not use in the following individuals:

(2) Individuals with yellow pus at the affected area (suspected bacterial infection).
(3) Individuals with multiple small vesicles (blisters) ranging in size from a grain of rice to an adzuki bean in the mouth, or vesicles or rashes on the lips and skin outside the mouth (suspected viral infection).
(4) Individuals with systemic symptoms such as fever, loss of appetite, general weakness, and swollen lymph nodes (suspected viral infection).
2. Individuals with concomitant oral infection (reports suggest that the use of steroid medications may worsen the infection, so do not use on areas with oral infections such as pyorrhea alveolaris, gingivitis, etc.).
3. Individuals whose symptoms do not improve after 5 days of use.
4. Individuals whose symptoms worsen after 1-2 days of use.
