1. Position the inner part of the brace over the center of the popliteal fossa.
2. Align it with the kneecap and secure the lower strap with the Velcro fastener.
3. Pull the upper strap upward and secure it with the Velcro fastener. Make sure the kneecap remains open when securing it.
