● "Hachimijiogan" is a medicinal preparation whose formula is described in the Chinese medical treatise "Jin gui yao lue" [Kinki Yoryaku], considered a classic of Chinese medicine (kampo).
● Effective for symptoms such as frequent urination, difficulty urinating, blurred vision in the elderly, fatigue, and pain in the lower extremities.
It is used for the following symptoms in individuals with moderate or decreased endurance, a tendency to fatigue, cold extremities, decreased or increased urine output, sometimes accompanied by dry mouth: pain in the lower extremities, lower back pain, numbness, blurred vision in the elderly, itching, difficulty urinating, a feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder, night urination, frequent urination, edema, as well as to relieve the accompanying symptoms of hypertension (stiffness in the shoulders, heaviness in the head, tinnitus), mild urinary incontinence.
● Contraindications
