*Boiling Method* Pour 400-500 ml of water into a teapot or other container, add 1 tea bag, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes. *Cold Infusion Method* Add 1 tea bag to approximately 300 ml of water. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours. When the tea reaches the desired strength, remove the tea bag. *Cup Infusion* Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let steep for 2-3 minutes.
In case of individual intolerance to any of the product components, discontinue use.
