Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis: high fever, conjunctival hyperemia, eye discharge, lip erosions, sore throat, extensive skin rash/redness that persists or worsens rapidly. Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), dark urine, general weakness, loss of appetite, etc. may occur. Kidney dysfunction: fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling throughout the body, general weakness, joint pain (body aches), diarrhea, etc. may occur. Aseptic meningitis: severe headache accompanied by a stiff neck, fever, nausea/vomiting, etc. may occur (these symptoms are especially frequently reported in patients undergoing treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease). Myocardial infarction: crushing chest pain, shortness of breath, cold sweat. Cerebrovascular accident: sudden loss of consciousness, difficulty moving one limb, headache, vomiting, dizziness, slurred speech, difficulty pronouncing words, etc. may occur. Interstitial pneumonia: shortness of breath/choking, dry cough, fever, etc. may occur when climbing stairs or during light physical activity, and may develop suddenly or persist. Asthma: wheezing, wheezing, shortness of breath, etc. may occur.
