You can adjust the amount of water to suit your taste. Since this is a food product, it can be consumed at any time. *Teapot Brewing* Place 1 tea bag in 500-700 ml of water or boiling water. Once boiling, simmer over low heat for 5-15 minutes. Leaving the tea bag in the water will intensify the flavor. If the tea seems too strong, remove the tea bag. *Cold Brewing* Place 1 tea bag in a pitcher, add 300-500 ml of water, and refrigerate. After 15-30 minutes, the iced eucommia tea will be ready. *Iced Tea* After steeping in the teapot, allow the tea to cool, pour into a plastic bottle or pitcher, and chill in the refrigerator before drinking. *Brewing in a teapot (kyusu)* Place 1 tea bag in a teapot, add the required amount of hot water, and let it steep. For a stronger infusion, let it steep longer; for a weaker infusion, pour it quickly into cups.
● This product is not intended to treat any illness or improve health by consuming it in large quantities. Please avoid excessive consumption. ● In rare cases, the product may not be suitable for individual needs. In such cases, discontinue use. ● Since the product is made from natural ingredients, its color and taste may vary slightly, but this does not affect its quality. ● The basis of a healthy diet is a balanced diet consisting of a main course, a side dish, and additional dishes. ● Brewed tea does not contain preservatives, so it should be consumed within a day. ● Please keep in mind that the color and taste of the tea may vary slightly depending on the steeping time, amount of water, and heat intensity. ● If brewed tea is left at room temperature, especially in the summer, it may spoil. Consume it within a day. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator. ● The tea bag material is thin to maximize flavor, so small particles of the tea bag may leak out and settle on the inside of the package. Reddish-brown stains may also appear. These stains are a component of habu (senna) tea called "anthraquinone derivatives." Both of these phenomena are not quality defects, so the product is safe to consume.
