1. The following individuals should not take this medicine:
(1) Individuals who have previously had an allergic reaction to this medicine or its ingredients.
(2) Individuals who have previously developed asthma after taking this medicine, other cold remedies, or fever-reducing analgesics.
(3) Children under 15 years of age.
(4) Individuals being treated or receiving medication in a healthcare facility for the following conditions:
Stomach/duodenal ulcer, blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, and individuals taking zidovudine (Retrovir).
(5) Pregnant women whose due date is less than 12 weeks.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this medicine:
Other cold remedies, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussives and expectorants, oral antihistamines (including those for rhinitis, motion sickness, allergies, etc.), oral medicines containing tranexamic acid.
3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medicine.
(Drowsiness and other symptoms may occur.)
4. Breastfeeding women should not take this medicine. If taking this medicine is necessary, breastfeeding should be discontinued.
5. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medicine.

Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), dark urine, general weakness, loss of appetite, etc. Renal dysfunction: fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized edema, weakness, joint pain, diarrhea, etc.
Aseptic meningitis: severe headache accompanied by neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting, etc. (These symptoms are most often reported in patients receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Myocardial infarction: crushing chest pain, shortness of breath, cold sweat.
Cerebrovascular accident: decreased/loss of consciousness, weakness in one arm or leg, headache, vomiting, dizziness, slurred speech, sudden difficulty pronouncing words, etc.
Interstitial pneumonia: shortness of breath/difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or during mild physical exertion, dry cough, fever that appears suddenly or persists. Asthma: wheezing, hoarseness, shortness of breath, etc.
Hematological disorders: sore throat, fever, general weakness, pale face and inner eyelids, increased bleeding (bleeding gums, nosebleeds, etc.), bruising (that does not disappear with pressure), etc.
Gastrointestinal disorders: black stool, bloody vomiting, blood in the stool, stool with blood and mucus (loose stool mixed with blood, mucus, and pus), etc.
