This is a functional food that contains a concentrated amount of nattokinase equivalent to about 30 packages of natto*1 and EPA/DHA equivalent to about 540 pieces of lean tuna sushi*2 in one package.
● Nattokinase, derived from the natto bacillus, along with EPA and DHA, help lower high blood pressure*3 and blood triglyceride levels*4.
*1 Calculated based on the weight of one standard package of natto being 50 g.
*2 Calculated based on the EPA/DHA content of 147 mg per 100 g of edible portion of lean tuna (according to the Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan, 2020 Edition (Eighth Revision)) and the weight of 15 g of filling for a piece of lean tuna sushi.
