1. Do not use this medicine if you:
(1) Have a history of allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients.
(2) Have a history of asthma after taking this medicine, other cold remedies, or fever-reducing analgesics.
(3) Children under 15 years of age.
(4) Pregnant women less than 12 weeks before the expected date of delivery.
(5) Are being treated in a healthcare facility for the following conditions or taking the following medications:
Stomach and duodenal ulcers, blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure; or are taking zidovudine (Retrovir, etc.).
(6) Individuals with the following symptoms:
Difficulty urinating due to prostatic hypertrophy.
(7) Individuals with the following diagnoses:
High blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes mellitus.
2. Do not use other medications while taking this medicine, including:
Other cold remedies, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussives and expectorants, oral medications containing antihistamines (e.g., oral rhinitis remedies, motion sickness remedies, antiallergic drugs, etc.), gastrointestinal analgesics, and antispasmodics.
3. After taking the medicine, do not drive vehicles or operate machinery (drowsiness may occur).
