You can adjust the amount of water to suit your taste. Exercise caution when handling boiling water. This product is food-grade and can be consumed at any time. *For brewing in a cup* Place 1 tea bag in a cup, pour in approximately 150 ml of boiling water, and let steep for about 1 minute. For a more flavorful tea, cover the cup with a saucer or small plate while steeping. *For brewing in a teapot* Place 1 tea bag in a teapot, add hot water (approximately 300 ml), and let steep for about 3 minutes. *For cold brewing* Place 1 tea bag in a pitcher, add water (approximately 150-300 ml), and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The tea is then ready to drink.
