A medication for the treatment of eczema and dermatitis.
This ointment contains fluocinolone acetonide, which has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, and the antibiotic framycetin sulfate.
Fluocinolone acetonide suppresses inflammation in severe eczema and dermatitis, while framycetin sulfate suppresses bacterial infection (suppuration).
● The activity class of the steroid component included in the "Cort f" and "Flucort f" series is strong.
The following conditions are accompanied by suppuration: eczema, dermatitis, prickly heat, contact dermatitis (rash), frostbite, insect bites, urticaria.
Suppurative skin diseases (impetigo, furuncle, folliculitis).
● Contraindications
(Failure to follow these directions may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects)
1. Do not use in the following individuals:
(1) Individuals who have previously had allergic reactions to this drug.
(2) Individuals who have previously had allergic reactions to antibiotics or corticosteroids.
2. Do not use on the following areas:
(1) Chickenpox lesions, athlete's foot, ringworm, etc.
(2) Severely oozing or erosive lesions.
(3) Eyes and the area around the eyes.
3. Do not apply to large areas of the face.
4. Do not use as a cosmetic or aftershave product.
5. Do not use for extended periods of time.
● Consult a specialist
1. Before use, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered medicinal product retailer in the following cases:
(1) If you are being treated by a doctor.
(2) If you have previously experienced allergic reactions to medications, etc.
(3) When used on the face or mucous membranes, such as the lips.
