You can adjust the amount of water to suit your taste. Since this is a food product, it can be consumed at any time. *Brewing in a teapot* Place one tea bag in boiling water (approximately 600-700 ml) and simmer for at least 3 minutes until fully steeped. *In a teapot* Place one tea bag in a teapot and pour hot water over it. Discard the first infusion and begin drinking the tea with the second infusion. For a stronger infusion, let the tea steep longer. For a weaker infusion, pour it into cups more quickly. Prepare the third and fourth infusions according to your preference. *Iced tea (hot brewing)* Place one tea bag, pre-rinsed with hot water, in a teapot of boiling water (approximately 600 ml), remove from heat, and let steep for at least 3-5 minutes. Once the tea has reached the desired color and aroma, let it cool, pour it into a pitcher, and store in the refrigerator. *Iced Tea (Cold Brewed)* Place one tea bag in a pitcher, pour in approximately 400 ml of cold water, and refrigerate. After 15-30 minutes, the iced pu-erh tea will be ready.

Please avoid excessive consumption. ● In rare cases, the product may not be suitable for individual needs. In such cases, discontinue use. ● Since the product is made from natural ingredients, its color and flavor may vary, but this does not affect its quality. ● To maintain a balanced diet, your diet should be based on a combination of main courses, side dishes, and complementary dishes. ● Brewed tea does not contain preservatives and should be consumed within a day. ● Pu-erh tea belongs to the Theaceae family of plants and contains naturally occurring lipid components.
